Hotel rates for 4 nights (Monday 11th + Tuesday 12th + Wednesday 13th + Thursday 14th) at the 4-star TH Planibel Hotel/Residence in La Thuile, with hotel formula and half-board treatment (dinner included - beverages not included).

 

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

 

  • Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night, to be paid on site

  • Parking (if needed): €30.00 VAT included for 4 nights, to be paid on site

  • Any extra nights (subject to availability): please inquire at wichotel@allurealps.com during the booking process

  • Dinner beverages, to be paid on site

  • Various supplements

  • Small dog supplement (if applicable), on request and subject to availability, and to be paid on site

 

SUPPLEMENTS:

 

Thinky Card: Mandatory for all children aged 0–3 years (not yet turned 3) – €30.00 per day, to be paid at the time of booking. Includes dedicated services for toddlers.

Infant Club: For children aged 6 months to 3 years (not yet turned 3) – €60.00 per night. The service includes care and simple activities from 8:30–12:00 and 13:30–17:00. Payment on site. Service available by reservation, every day except Sunday.

TH Land (3-10 years) and Teeny and junior (11-17 years) animation. Included in the stay. Booking on site.

 

SPA & POOL:

 

Access to the SPA & POOL: Free of charge, subject to availability and only with reservation.
Regulations available at the hotel.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

 

20% deposit upon confirmation

80% balance due by 30th November 2026.  From 30th November 2026 onwards, the full amount (100%) will be charged

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 

For cancellations submitted in writing, the following penalties will apply:

From confirmation until 10th September 2026: 30% penalty

From 11th September to 10th October 2026: 60% penalty

From 11th October to 9th November 2026: 80% penalty

From 10th November to 14th December 2026: 90% penalty

From 15th December 2026 onwards: 100% penalty

IMPORTANT

 

Once you have submitted the completed form, you will receive an email summarising the booking details and confirming that 20% of the total amount has been charged as a booking deposit.

In the same confirmation email sent by Allure Alps, you will be asked to click on the Google Form link and fill in all the details requested on the form in order to speed up the check-in and billing process

Any special requests not foreseen by the booking platform must be communicated at the same time as sending the hotel booking form and will be quantified separately by writing to wichotel@allurealps.com.
